Founder & Director

Zanele Lukhele is a Principal Employee Wellness Consultant and registered Social Worker specialising in evidence‑based organisational wellbeing, psychosocial support, and change‑readiness interventions. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work (Honours) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and is currently pursuing her Master's in Occupational Social Sciences at Wits University. Accredited by SACSSP and BHF and certified in Employee Wellness Programmes and professional telephone counselling, Zanele brings a blend of clinical expertise, organisational insight, and compassionate leadership to every engagement.

Celenkosini Lukhele, Pr. Eng, MBA

VP Engineering & Technology

Celenkosini Gabriel Lukhele, Pr. Eng., is a seasoned digital transformation and engineering executive with a strong track record in leading Industry 4.0 adoption, AI‑driven optimisation, and large‑scale modernisation programmes across mining, energy, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors. He holds an MBA from Stellenbosch Business School, two Honours degrees in Chemical Engineering and Exploration Geophysics, executive credentials in analytics and data science from MIT Sloan, and is currently completing an Executive Master's in Data Science Management with TECH Global University.
